Speaking of Korea, i didn't read through this thread much, so i don't know if it's settled or not but shouldn't Korea have a second colonial leader? If so, this might be what you're looking for. And yes, this mod looks great. :)

exactly! i haven't thought of anything for michigan! Anyways, i might release the civs in groups, like a new england, and a midwest, etc.
