Check the material pannel, in the texture window. You'll see 2 texture, a teamcolor.bmp (wich is in fact only a black square) and your real texture. You'll have to point the first texture to your dds and you can deleate the tamcolor.bmp

This one is specialy nice ! As for Trajan, I don't want to remove anything to Ekmek, but this one would make a much better one. I never really like the Trajan LH by Ekmek, the armor is very low poly and it kills the look.

Well, I mean it would only require minor tweaks. Face proportion are easy to made in a program like ZBrush. However, like I said, I'll start something new. This one was nerver really finished, consider it more like a sketch than something else. I've made it quickly to learn ZBrush.
