    How do I make start locations?

    I downloaded the Civ V SDK from Steam, and when I opened world builder, all that happened was the screen that says "Civilization V World Builder" came up, and there were no buttons or options to start building or editing a map. It's really odd. Just wondering if anyone else has had the problem...
