Thanks for the response, I noticed that the center speaker(w/ EAX) had more of the environmental sounds which sounded better :goodjob: than with 5.1 discreet setting, I will try to the higher EAX settings (I have a x-fi Fatal1ty card, a bit overpriced :( but sounds great)

I have a sound card (w/ 5.1 speakers)which supports EAX. I had been using 5.1 discreet settings and just switched to EAX1. Has anyone used the other EAX settings? Any recommendations? thanks in advance
