    You can see why you are losing support at any time by just going in the diplomacy screen, I suggest you reload some auto-saves and take a look fi you are caught by surprise. A battle lost is a battle lost, the fact that it's a scout doesn't really matter much to the game.

    Plane squadrons don't have a breakdown like armies do, you only get the explanatory text in the tooltip. edit: it works with nukes too, all "squadrons" are broken. 7 thermonuclear warheads = 1365 gold per turn
