I bought the game from direct2drive. I bought civilisation 4 complete edition with all the expansion packs as yet I haven't installed the expansion packs. I am running the game on a mac book pro, but installed the game in parallels - windows xp.

Hi when I load up civilisation 4, it starts loading then stops, and comes up with an error page saying 'failed to allocate video memory, try reducing graphic settings....after that it has a directory list, something about nidix92 then line 182. Can someone please help, cheers
