    Interface, advisor menu, civlopedia will not launch

    I just installed BTS and it appears to run fine, except several things appear to not work. When I run a game, I only get the map. I do not get the interface (unit info, city info, links to advisor menus, turn, other civ info, etc). When I attempt to use the keys to bring up the advisor panels...
