Well, DoFs are still screwed. Started a new game on Prince as Arabia. I signed one DoF each with Spain and Byzantium. Had friendly relations with each, no agreements with other Civs, no attacking CSs - nothing that would cause my badboy to go up. Then out of the blue on about the 80th turn...
