WinXP Pro. I've set my virtual memory out as far as it'll let me, which is somewhere from 3059 to 4559.
The problem was caused when Outlook Express was running in the background and checked for new mail. Since I've made sure OE was shut down before playing the game, I've had no problem.
Everyone says I needed to upgrade from 3.13 to 3.17, so I did. I wanted to stay with 3.13 because I had a trainer which allowed me to play on even grounds with the other AI's at the Deity level.
Now when I start a new customized game I run out of money after about 6 or 7 cities are built and...
I upgraded to 3.17, downloaded and installed the BUG Mod but do not know what the difference is. I went to Single Player>Scenarios and there was no BUG Mod listed. Started a new game and couldn't see any obvious difference. Why did I install the BUG mod if it's not doing anything?
Let me...
They need to put the "Find City" back in the game.
Tho I may quit playing the game. Since I upgraded to 3.17 I can't get any money in the game so I immediately start losing workers. I've tried the 3.17 Trainer that's supposed to give you funds after every turn, but it doesn't work. At least...

I downloaded BUG 35.exe. Are there any special procedures I need to know about to install it? I'm using BTS 3.13 which is the version I want to keep, but I don't want to screw anything up. I've never installed a MOD before.
No sir, it doesn't work that way. I've tried centering the map over a location, then going to the F1 screen, selecting the city, clicking, double clicking, etc. and it doesn't move to the city's location. I wish it would.
They need to make it so when you hit F1 and go to the city screen, then select the city and double click or right click, it'll take you to the city's actual location on the map.
It doesn't work that way in BTS. I tried clicking, double clicking, right clicking and tongue clicking with negative results. I placed the global map over a spot, then clicked on the city name and it didn't move to the spot on the global map where the city was.
Surely they didn't remove...
I went back to the main advanced screen and unchecked "Show friendly moves" and it fixed the problem. Thank you for your help.
Next question is: how do you locate a specific city on the global map? I've hit F1 but that just gives all the cities info. In the older versions there was a "Find...
