    Quiastion about cultural borders of England, France and Germany >> after growth of the cultural borders... capital cities can be take by other nation? :O E.G. Growth of Paris. This city is VERY close to London... After growing, Paris can absorbed London into french borders? :O

    yes, it works, but why can't I open scenarios using civ4.exe without this error: "Failed to read worldbuilder file Earth18Civs.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" Rhye? Maybe some idea, please?

    But it's impossible. when I put some "example.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" in Public Mods I have this error in game: "Failed to read worldbuilder file "example.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" so? How can I play in this map?
