I think map drawing tools is also good for planning out military strategy. I occasionally used them in Civ4 to draw where my front-line is at and then draw arrows to show where it should be going. This kind of help reduces the potential mistakes I can make in maneuvering my units during a war. :)

Shouldn't it have automatically gone back to same tiles they were at before GA arrived once it ended? I'm surprised game doesn't do that.

I have looked at apps in the SDK like WorldBuilder, ModBuddy, and Nexus Tools. Apart from the obvious purpose for former two, I think Nexus Tools is for 3D modeling in Civ5 based on what I've seen in official Civ5 wiki (their article about it is still incomplete) but not sure. I'm not sure...

I can confirm that as well. Which is too bad, considering I would like to rename units to something like "1st Infantry Division", "3rd Cavalry Division", etc. but couldn't because of the current character limit.

Maybe you could watch AI players beating crap out of each other after you're out of the game. Kinda like being an observer of a game from a safe place (like in hockey). ;)
