DOH! I never changed. I was doing so well I didn't want to loose ground for several years of anarchy. And it is quite easy to kill off enemy slave, err, captured workers, to rush production. ;p Thanx for pointing out my stupidity. :)

I just loaded Civ3 1.29f on my Windows 7 and noticed that the rail bonus for plains and grassland irrigation isn't working. It's fine for desert, and mines get it as well. Is this a known issue? I just got this laptop and this is the first time I've tried to play with Windows 7. Thanks for any help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have an issue with the railroad bonus not working with irrigation on plains or grassland. It's working fine with desert, but my cities are starving when I'm only getting 2 food per square even with a rail on it. Please help.
