I think it's time this company does what blizzard did with SC1, make the game compatible on windows 7 and 10 and fix the graphical glitches. But dont change the actual gameplay mechanics and what not.
I was trying to play a game of civ 2, built a city then the game crashed.
1. Give us the option to pass on a new govener like you can with great people.
2. Barbarian activity levels.
3. Melee units and ranged units better at attacking a city with walls.
It's hard to play Civ 6 again...which sucks because I want to like the game. Honestly playing civ 3 after playing 6 felt like an upgrade.
1. Being able to change to "wealth" really early on makes it really nice, if I dont need to build anything then I just switch to wealth until I do. It's...
Anyone know how to make a mod? I wanna make one where you can choose which era to stop in. So if you want the game to not go past Industrial you can choose that option.
or does a mod like that already exist?
I want to look at units, not the icons. That is why civ 2 and 3 will always be better, didn't need icons to help.
I would still have Loyalties on most of the time if there was an option to turn it off just so every once in a while I can experience the game without that but still with the other...
Rise and Fall certainly improved Civ 6 a lot, each era seems more fun, even the AI seems better. While one thing ruined the expansion in my opinion, I still can't go back to the base game because Rise and Fall is just that much better. Unfortunately a few major things still brings down the...
Even with my above complaints, I can see the expansion making the game more fun the longer you go in it instead of less fun ((well probably more fun at all stages of the game). I will make a thread going into detail of what the game needs to be improved on and what I like about the game.
A lot...
It's still there but now you have to click on an icon to view it like on civ 3. I wish it was like both, like civ 3 and like the base game of civ 6.
Still nothing to change to if you dont need to build anything else...that was nice on civ 3, I can change it to wealth until I need to build...
I barely played it and the expansion already ruined the game even before I got into it (and then after getting into a game): No option to turn off loyalties and cultural conversions. This game lacks many options that previous games had. And in-game, they removed the player score and military...
They never talked about if there will be any new technology. With the new units, wonders and city improvements coming, I hope they wont just add those onto existing technology but instead add new ones for those.
Yep, worse thing ever they removed setting the difficulty in multiplayer, glad they brought that back in civ 6 but even better, can set each AI to their own difficulty level or you can set each to the same one. Removing that in civ 5 really ruined the multiplayer experience.
I wonder though...
Idk even for single player. Do you really want to lose only because another AI formed an alliance against you with an AI you were attacking?
I hated cultural conversion in civ 3 too.
Give us the option to turn it on or off in both modes like in civ 3. So for those that wants it on can have...
