I have used the normal editor for PTW (sorry all who doesnt have PTW) and added tons of new stuff you can edit.. I dont have a list ov evrything yet, but its coming up soon.. You can among other things: make a land transport I have added copy buttons to the civ screen, unit screen, tech screen...
