OMG!! I figured it out. Under MODS I setup a new game in advanced and selected my map and then backed out to the basic setup and there was the button. Woot!!

Greetings all, I have haunted this site for years but never posted. I just never had anything constructive to add as the information here already rocks. I have played all the Civ games and just got Civ 5 last week. I have taken a week off work and now find myself playing until the wee hours...
