    New challenge: earliest possible cultural victories

    Just finished my America game! 1973, legendary cities Washington, New York and Chicago. This was the first time I've ever played America so I made some mistakes early on, also should have started producing gold and moving the culture slider up to 100% much sooner so there's room for improvement...
