This looks like a currupt install of the mod, with the vanilla resources in place, there have been time where the game would stop working for me like this also and a delete of the mod and reinstall afresh fixed this for me

Hi Daniella, maybe you should delete both the DLC fix and the mod from your mods folder and reinstall the V9 mod on it's own (make sure the is nothing else showing in the mods folder) and try again. If you experience the same issues then I would recommend a full reinstall with patches, if using...
