How can you view what luxury resources you have?? I see strategic ones on the top of the screen, but do not see a button or menu for luxury ones ...

Can you take over another person's city via your cultural border? It doesn't seem like you can, yet I don't hear anyone talking about this! This is a HUUUGE change almost as big as no stacking! Whenever I read a review or an FAQ they don't even mention this ....
