Im part of a group that plays together quite consistently. We always play on Epic cause that's how you get the most out of every era. That means that the game tend to be quite long so we often save our games and play it out over multiple sessions, however do note that sometimes we can sit and play as long as 5 hours non-stop.
Atm I have only recruited swedish players since I thought my friend was uncomfortable with talking english, apparently he isn't. Atm we are 4(sometimes 5) that play regularly. We differentiate quite a lot in style. I myself am a builder sort of guy, my friend is warmonger first hand, Slin is a dude you never know when he will backstab you and Foffaren is a builder aswell. We use skype during our sessions.
