I would re-install my Civ and see what happens but the problem is probably linked to the fact that I've played lot of scenarios and rules.txt and other files could be modified. I would send my scenario in few hours. Sorry guys :)

That's not my scenario. Ask BKA :) We all have them so whoever decides to use them have to think twice :D But generally I would prefer to play the game without them. Anti nuclear treaty between all of us ???
