How about a very brief note on what's going on. I can see in the tracker that we're still out there. Not much Whompie, just a short one.

Seemed easy enough. Followed the manual (on Monarch) but failed miserably of course. Ran soon out of forests long before any mil. units could be built, the scouting warrior fell to barbs and my first 2 pretorians fell when trying for the first enemy city. I'm back to C3C :lol:

ok, tnx a bunch :goodjob: I'll take another look at it. But I do have a point in trying to build those special, "founder", buildings right even if they don't make or breake a cult VC? IIRC they generate a hefty load of culture (is it 50/turn or something?)

I'm going for cult VC and take it that building cathedrals, the special holy buildning for each religion, is crucial. What I don't understand is how do you get to found a religion in one of the three cult-cities? The first one or two will usually be there, but from the third on they are placed...

Stealth attack indeed means the sub can pick out the transport in a stack of destroyers which makes them very useful. Problem is that they will be seen by destroyers which have 2 more moves and will whack the sub if attacking.
