I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit laptop. Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth wont even start. Totally useless. When I try it does not say ANYTHING, it does not say anything like Error 0xc000007b or anything else. COMPLETELY USELESS. My other games work, just not Sid Meier's Civilization...
