Nope. I've offered everything on the bargaining table, including all of my cities. "They would never accept such a deal."
I was thinking maybe there was some way to hack the saved game file to modify the statused between the civs?

Anyone know a good way to get the other civs to start fighting each other? Everyone is at peace and it sickens me.
I don't have the tech for mutual protection pact yet.

Has anyone else been having problems with .94.1001 of the save game editor in the multitool? I get subscript out of range problems (in the tool) reloading saved games that I modified with the tool.

I have been messing around with the costs of various technologies in the scenario editor, and setting them real righ, and there seems to be a 40-turn limit to how long a tech can take to develop (no matter how high I set the cost).
Any way around this?

How much have you increased it? 2X? 3X?
Can I use it with the 'New Game' option, or just scenarios?
What utility did you use to do this so I can learn too?
Thanks,

Time goes by too fast in this game- every time I build up a good amount of one unit (e.g. cavalry) my technology level has already made it obsolete. There is no real opportunity to "explore" a time period's weaknesses, strengths, or peculiarities. It would be nice if you could slow time down...
