Is there any way i can move the forbidden palace? Can i destroy it any way? By letting a rioting mob destroy it? Can you delete cities? Do i have to let an enemy capture it then destroy it. These sound a bit wasteful but my empire has expanded greatly and just moving my palace won't be that helpul.

Why do computer players never seem to accept one for one trades in luxuries. They even seem to be insulted by the suggestion. Please help as surely that doesn't make sense.
