Well, not to contribute to the wonders of this game (no pun intended) but I only played the demo for about 3 weeks now. I really wanted so desperately to like this game, and even wanted to buy it as GOTY. BUT, I felt like this thing was a horridly strange but similar version of AOE III minus...

ok, back to report..... I played 3 demo games all the way to 100 turns...... twice with persia, and once with Alexander..... 100 turns is really not enough for this kind of demo.... my thoughts.... As an avid liker of AOE III, I cant help but think they tried to make civ V...

total newb here.... loved civ 1 WAY back in college... havn't played in years anyway...im downloading the demo and the question is.... is the demo patched to fix the original problems?
