Well, I'm kinda guessing that people will probably appoint deputies anyway, regardless of whether our constitution includes them or not. It'd be useful for getting everyone you want in Cabinet, in Cabinet.

Elections were conducted by Secret Ballot in the previous game to allow MPs to vote for people not in their party and not have to fear any sort of reprisal. Much for the same reason that your ballot in election day is kept secret, but if people want to make that public so be it.

Another Suggestion for the Constitution. This worked well with the Previous Game I wrote it for (I believe it was the fifth iteration of the original CFCMP)
The Parts of it that matter (i.e. the Powers and the Limitations of Parliament) are pretty much exactly the same, and some don't make sense (the Commerce Clause and the bit about the Seat of Government) outside of a Federalist system.
And it really isn't that hard to create scratch...

I'm wholly against simply using the US Constitution because people will be bound to bring their own interpretations of it into the game instead of allowing such things to evolve on their own.
