lol... see how one misconception can throw you way off track? I read somewhere that chariot-archers kept the terrain disadvantages when they upgraded, so I've tended to avoid them. Time to rethink, retool, and retry, try, try.... :lol:

I've been using this opening with Mongolia, starting on Prince, and most lately, at Emperor, trying to refine my starting play. Even though I've yet to get Chivalry before the mid 90s, I always seem to have strong games. Some I've played out, others I've written off to practice, and moved on...
