ok then, stupid of me, but i did notice two minor problems as well. you call it Comrade Stalin of the Soviets, but it is actually Premier Josef Stalin of the Soviets, and Archangel should be Archangelnsk, or something of that area.

No the Phillipines belonged to Spain at the time (this game is set in 1890), the Amercans just took it in the Spanish-American War which was around 1900. Guam was American however.
