finally after FOUR returns I got a working copy...let the madness begin!!!!!

I guess I will go back to the store and exchange it. Hopefully I only have to go one time to get a working copy!!!!!!!! Thanks you guys

I just bought Civ 4 and am trying to install however when I insert Disc 2 I get a error block that reads "Feature transfer error" and at the bottom is reads "catastrophic error" anyone know what the deal is???? Thanks
