Consistent, Reproducable crashing bug in 1.16f

I have exactly the same problem running in Win2K and WIn98SE. The program will just crash during the AI turn, I am alos at the end of the industrial age...no matter what I do the crash just happen...:mad: I hope Firaxis will fix this asap....my patient is also wearing very thin....
