PLEASE.. fix the damn GUI bug, where Sid's tips randomly stop popping up and I'm unable to type things in.. currently I have to alt-tab out and back into the game to "reset" it. I know this has been an ongoing problem that many users face, but yet after many patches it has not been addressed...

this seems so simple to fix, and has been a problem since the beginning with original Civ 4 and now Warlords.. why hasn't this been FIXED?? I hate when game makers don't continuously update and patch their games!!

yes, this has been an issue with me as well since the original release.. that is renaming using keyboard and mouse over tooltips not working intermitently.
