How come there is not option to have rights of passage for multiplayer games.
There have been situations when I wanted another human player to utilize the railroads to expediate traveling.
The only way that I have figured out to create a rights a passage option is when I set up a Military...
If playing a PBEM game, how can you set up the game so that every player can see what happens inbetween human player turns?
Currently, only the last human player can view the movements and attacks that occurred. Everyother player will just notice troops missing.
Each civilization has a preferred and shunned government. Can be seen in the editors and the new civs in the PTW instruction book.
Are there actual multiplier benefits and penalties for the preferred and shunned governments?
These units become availible at the same time from the same technology.
Why would anyone want to build Guerillas over Infantry, when Guerillas are 6/6/1 and Infantry is 6/10/1?
yeah, using XP, and i tried to set it to 98/me mode, but then the graphics get all screwed up.... also, i took away the visual themes.... but i still get crashing at the end of the peace treaty...
Does anyone know why in multiplayer, both hotseat and PBEM, that a peace treaty must be declared between human players for trading to occur, Otherwise the two civilizations are at war? For computer civilizations, peace is automatic and trading is immediate after initial contact.
On top of all...
