Hey I'm trying to make a scenario about a childhood game my friends and I had. The problem is that whenever I change the water terrain graphic to a space (or any other by that matter) graphic nothing happens. I don't have this problem with any other terrain. Thanks for any help

Actually, I've tried it on all levels. After the first turn of contact and diplomacy, the opposing civ's attitude turns to hostile. This dosen't happen on my copy of civ 2, only on mge and tot. I could eave the diplomacy screen with the other ruler enthusiastic or worshipful, and i the next...

I was just wondering why in both MGE and TOT, every other civ automatically hates you. Whether its multiplayer or I'm playing alone, the only way to prevent a war is to have the wall or UN. Whats up with that and how (if its possible) can I fix it? Thanks
