Actually, I am finding that the answer is somewhere in the middle. A city can definitely receive units from more than one city, but not in all cases. I'm wondering if it's just 1 unit from 1 continent. Gotta test it more...

Dumb question - how do you get foreign trade routes? I seem to only get domestic routes. At one time, my civics were set to Mercantilism, so it was understandable. But after I moved beyond Merc, the same routes would still be there. What's the deal? Thanks.

If you get Great Prophets, have em create those special wonders in holy cities. Once one of these wonders is in place, you get 1gp for each city that has your religion. Do this for each religion in which you have a holy city. Then add all the $$ multipliers. Tons of cash!!!
