I had to reinstall for the ATI thing, then I downloaded the Omega drivers, then I had to change the Sound Acceleration and turn off the pointer trail. Now though, I can actually concentrate on playing the fantastic game :).

Wow, thank you. Civilization 4 runs perfectly now :). I hope your (and seemingly half the forum) gets fixed though :(.

You're hardware stats are in the Recommended category, so it should work. However, at this point what runs and doesn't run Civilization 4 is a bit of a lottery.

I don't think games tend to eat much :p. I think more people here speak English than Polish, so could you perhaps translate it, or at least the gist of it? That way, more people could help.

Hey everyone. Well, after some re-installs, some Omega driver downloads and .INI file hocus-pocus, I've made the game pretty playable. Good frame-rates, except occasionally some slow down. However, I now have another problem. My USB mouse keeps flickering. It's not the standard "Mouse freezes"...
