This mod looks great and I have downloaded it. But how do I run it? I cant find a MOD folder

Ive played as Ethiopia and Japn and had numerous conferences in both (last one in 1955 as Japan), but they didnt start till 1860ish. Playing as Japan I received 3 cities frim China. In general, there seem to be more cities changing hands at conferences in my experience

Not promising this is perfect, but here is the best I could do, with a poor quality dictionary- if a French speaker would check it, I am sure they will be able to improve the language As soon as I find out how to add accents, then I will edit them in

I would agree with this. In every game I play, the AI almost always builds it second city 2 tiles from its capitol, and normally on top of a food resource. As a result large parts of europe (particularly in the east) are left empty late in the game.
