i had to run it in admin right it self by right clicking then run as admi.................

i download Notepad++ for xml. When i edit it then i save it. An error appers saying fail save error im usin admin rights in vista. I am Trying to make a civ in a mod where it just edits the civilization.... I copyed the asset folder to DracitusNation folder in mods folder in civ 4 bts.

i have gone through many walk throughs but i had deleted the regedit files and now its telling me when i load cd1 that 1.74 is loaded all ready and shouts down now it say i cant install the game because there a highr patch 1.74 load i hope im clear enough

Your Correct on the +6 actully it gave me bunches of errors when i load civ After i change the +6 to 6 it fixed and strated up good
