i have had the same problem with my regular civilization 4 i get a message show that i need directx9 .oc. so i instailled the lastest version of direct x June i believe and i still have the problem??? PS: it can't be my system requirements because i have a 4GB Ram, windows xp, 2.66GHz...

i downloaded the latest directx9. oc. and i still get the same error message D3DX9_32.DLL was not found, even though i am looking right at the file can someone help me figure this out???
