none. Just tried running bts on XP compatability mode and didn't work

Could someone advice me a little.. I'm having trouble loading mods. When I try to load them it just thinks for a while and then crashes. I'm using Vista 64 and I have the complete edition and I've patched bts to 3.17. It's the same problem with every mod I've tried.

So, I have the Civ IV complete. I just installed RoM and when I tried playing it, it started off normally, but when the game screen came upon my screen, there were no menus no nothing (interface pisses upon me). I could only move the guys (scout & settler). So my question is, what the..? :king...
