I liberated a couple of city states from another Civ and they gave me a bunch of influence etc, however not sure if they would vote for me if I lost the influence or not in the elections. The victory progress screens do not show them under the Liberated column, but they do show as voting for me...

Some of the WLTK notifications can be removed, some stay. Reload game removes them. Edit: Actually is happening with a Barbarian camp discovery notification as well.
