With the deadline for Botm2 save files coming up quickly this weekend, approx when would we be seeing pre-game discussion for botm3? I was thinking it wouldn't be until March, but perhaps sooner since botm2 was only until the middle of Feb.

i'm a bit surprised that when I fire up bts and tell it to update it says it's up to date, yet there is a 3.13 patch... hell I even went to their website and looked at downloads and they only had a demo posted there... freaky.. I hope I'm up and running after I finish downloading the 3.13 patch...

hm... I'm not so sure there are actual desert squares to the west after the FP - as I can make out some green on the southern most tile.

imho Cath is a good "training" tool. I'm addicted too!!!

I'd think he's more likely to modify the map then not... part of the whole reason I'm doing this is attempting unique maps and seeing multiple ways to take on the challenge.

i'm in the group that havn't been able to sucessful finish a game from GOTM2-4 :( this does look crazy easy though. I smell a 4/1 joke too!

Yea but I'd constantly find myself behind the research/currency curve due to higher upkeep costs... which is just murderous! I guess you can plan on spamming cottages asap... but if it's a mid/later game war... perhaps it's time to scrap...? :nuke:

so in a war... what do you do... raze the majority of taken cities??? I've found that to be my problem. if it's a good location, I'd want to keep it.

well how often does one get a city tha works EVERY single tile? I very rarely, if ever get a city working that many...

it's a shame. it would be nice if forts were actually useful.

if the spot I'm in isn't that sexy... hell yea move. hopefuly only have to move one turns worth of square... anything more and you're really setting yourself back. reloading map/game is for sissies.
