Hello, When I played Civ 5 some time ago the game announced that a city is about to grow. Now, it doesn't do so anymore. I couldn't find any option to turn it back on. Is there a way to return it or did the Steam/Firaxis decide I don't need that info and hard-coded it not to announce it...

I am glad I am not the only one who thinks graphics is not good. Seriously, I find it quite hideous. And music too. It´s just a big ugly confusing mess. Game mechanics is OK. I am a great fan of Civ series so please, modders, do something quickly....
