Hmmm... even weirder. I just discovered satelites and can actually build the space station components, but neither I nor anyone else has the apollo program. Weird... but oh well!

Hi folks. So its 1917 and I'm trying to build the apollo project, but it doesn't show up in the list of wonders! I have rocketry. Science victory is enabled. I don't have any puppets. Whats the deal? I've uploaded the save. Thanks for your help!!
