It's a permanent change, and yes, they update when you change cultures to reflect the one you are currently using.

Argentina as a builder won't make a lick of sense, though. The main source of income is food products, and the only time it kinda industrialized was in the late 1940's, way after the industrial era. If anything, the lack of heavy industrialization is something that characterizes our country.

81 = I'd go just with "South Atlantic" if it includes the Antarctic as well, since it's a collection of several islands and a piece of the south pole (instead of just Falkland/Malvinas).

Heh, I was kinda triggered by seeing "Falkland" jajaja It includes Georgia and Sandwich islands, right? Maybe South Atlantic Islands? Not a big deal, of course, here we are just a bit sensitive about it.
