Try out the modifs I've posted. I'm interested in getting feedback, as I believe infogrames have made such a mess of this thing that your mileage may vary widely from one translation to another.

There IS a flaw in the 1.29f patch. The crash we see at industrial age is merely a ``file not found'' error. It's caused by the displaying of the industrial/modern age version of the settler unit.
