I know I can't attack the defences when they are already at 0%, I was talking about attacking the defending units in the city. But maybe you'r right and I have stealthbombed them all till they reached 50% and thats why I can't attack them anymore:) Thnx for clearing that up, luckily its no bug then.

Hiya, been playing for a while now on huge size map and I really needed coal to get my railroad going, so once I had the required technology I found this city of my enemy who had a coalmine. After I took the city and build the trade route to my city I now had access to coal. Now here comes...
