ok i have C3C on the way can anyone tell me the best way to install and patch it? I have civ 1.29 installed. Can i install C3C over that and then patch that as well? WHat about PTW?? Oh so complicated :)

ok i have got civ 3 but have not got the expansion packs. I am thinking of buying C3C and was wondering if it is worth it? Can i install it without PTW installed first? Should I wait for CIV4? Has it been announced yet? Thanks

Nope done all that and there is no coal on the entire map that i can see but people are still building railroads. Maybe its a bug when you buy steam power? it doesn't work?

I bought steam power of one of the other civs in my normal fully patched civ3 game. But i can't see any coal on the map anywhere. The other civs are building railways lines but i cannot. Even though I have all teh techs needed (i think) Any ideas?

I usually build a few subs to escort my carriers and keep an eye out around them while I attack the enemy costal towns. If I notice any enemy ships approaching I get my battle ships ready.

I thought it did affedt your overall score. In CIV 2 you used to get penalised for each square that had pollution. Is that the case in CIV 3? I don't remember seeing the score taken down for pollution ever in CIV 3 or does it just happen on the higher levels?
