    Civ3 Scroll and lag time

    I was wondering how fast is Civ3 supposed to run (ie, for those without the NVIDIA problem). Does it supposed to play as smooth as StarCraft (with virtually no lag at all in terms of scrolling) or is it supposed to scroll very smoothly but turns still take awhile? -eru
