While reddit might be more active, it is really really bad for any kind of discussion on strategy or anything like that. Somebody posts something completely wrong and it gets upvoted to the top, I always try to direct reditors here.

This thread is making me think you you guys enjoy the waiting more then the actual patch, this is some basic level filler stuff and people are so hyped.

Huts can be a little RNJeesus. But RNG is some amount is good for a game. Most of the huts arent super strong anyway. But when you hit that relic hut.....

Copy/paste CIV diplomacy and the game would already get miles better. As it stands there no real choice except for roleplaying to try and be bros with everybody. The Alliance bonuses are laughable and not worth getting randomly rejected when they expire.

Im an over/underpaid stunt accountant. This has not helped me in civ in any way really. Im pretty OK at my job, but way to impatient IRL to sit there and calculate the extra 1.4 BPT 50 turns from now.

Are the logs just return values with names or something? I figure that might even be enough to get a pretty good idea of how its coded. Ive had to reverse engineer junk like this before.

I know, and thats why im so torn. On the one hand its my property, and I should be able to do whatever I want with it, but on the other its criminally easy to discriminate in most places(as happens here a lot). It just seems impossible to come up with a good solution that really works for both...
