Wyrmshadow has created an Olympia unit already. I imagine that the Light Battleship is based on either an actual Pre-dreadnought battleship (Olympia was an armored cruiser) -- the model resembles the British Lord Nelson-class more than any other I've seen --, or is just a random creation of his.

Older, pre-World War I ship units are a rarity to find. This is an amazing vessel, and an excellent example of a unit type that has very few actual units. This ship works well alongside Wyrmshadow's Casemate BB's and his HMS Dreadnought. Excellent work!

Question (trying to stay on topic here): what do would you do if you end up next to either the Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, or the Dutch? Wouldn't the excellent defensice qualities hamper any attack on their empires?

Here's a tactic I've tried before with great success (it'll go a little ways beyond you're 1000 BCE mark, however it's well worth it in my view): When you start a new game, build your city, then quickly research Iron Working and The Wheel. Send out warriors and other units to roam the terrain...

I can appreciate perfection, but I don't see the need to remake any of these units. Their great quality outdoes any mistakes that may have been made. I look foward to seeing these new units.
